Carom seeds, crushed<br />¼ tsp. Baking soda<br />1 tsp. Ghee<br /><br />5 tbsp. ghee for soaking<br /><br />Chokha 3 ways:-<br />1 large Eggplant, charred <br />2 large Potatoes, boiled<br />1 Onion, chopped<br />2 large ripe tomatoes, charred<br />½ cup Coriander, chopped<br />1 tsp. Salt<br />1 tbsp. Mustard oil<br /><br /><br />Method:-<br />- In a bowl mix all the Litti ingredients together until breadcrumb consistency is achieved.<br />- Now add ¼ cup water and knead a dough.<br />- Make lemon-sized balls of the dough and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.<br />- Peel the eggplant and tomatoes and transfer to a bowl.<br />- With the help of a fork, mash the vegetables lightly.<br />- Add 2 tbsp. Onion, 1 tbsp. Coriander leaves, to all the mashed vegetables, mustard oil, salt and mix well.<br />- Soak the baked Littis in ghee and transfer to a different bowl and soak for 15-20 minutes.<br />- Assemble and serve Litti Chokha as shown in the video.<br /> <br /><br />Delicious Litti Chokha is ready!<br /><br />HAPPY COOKING!!!<br />
